Sr Mission Assurance Manager Software Engineering/Quality Assurance Functional Manager - currently responsible for functional management of Configured Management, Data Management and Software Quality Assurance for launch vehicle testing and launch activities. Responsible for hiring, performance and salary reviews and personnel allocation to projects and ensuring independent review of product compliance to internal processes and customer requirements.I was previously the software development manager for ground stations and simulation software for almost 5 years. Prior to that I was the System Data Management Lead and Control Account Manager (CAM) for Iridium NEXT\'s Ground Software development including the architecture of overall data management and factory automation tools. Project manager for various ground software projects including proposals, basis of estimate (BOE), schedule development and cost and schedule management.
