Serve as the HR subject matter expert to assigned business units and acts as an advisor on human resources related issues. Work directly with the senior leadership team, develop and lead an HR agenda which supports organizational goals and business strategy. Act as an employee champion, drive change initiatives and anticipate HR related needs to deliver value-add service to leaders and employees. Support positive work relationships, strengthen engagement, and increase productivity. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, conduct internal investigations and coach leaders to ensure consistency in the performance management and positive discipline processes. Lead the development and roll out of HR programs and initiatives to enhance HR services and ensure compliance with company policies and laws/regulations and collective bargaining agreements. Solve complex employee and labor relations issues.
