Managing up to 40 styles per seasonal drop, varying from color refresh, durability updates, new style and artwork developments-Operating on 30 day development timeline for all Ecom exclusive quick turn styles and a 90 day development timeline for all standard in-line styles-Graphing original artworks from in-house and freelance design teams into BMP file for machine programming-Pattern with machine programmers to ensure correct specs, knits and stretches for fit-Check all incoming samples for correctly executed artwork, knit structure and color placements-Stretch & measure all samples, scrubbing samples for any ill fitting issues before fit begins-Schedule in-house fit session with all cross function teams needed to attend-Lead fit sessions updating all changes to be made to artwork in BMP format-Book and find fit model substitute as needed-Partner with quality assurance and materials teams to test current and changing materials for bulk production-Provide comments on lad dips for all nylons, wool, and lycras. Maintaining color standards across all material suppliers and dye houses-Partner with technical programmer to scrub all styles for master data information to be entered into the BOM & specs, ensuring correct fit and design is executed in bulk.
