As Director of Provider Services, I oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of physicians and advanced practice providers while ensuring competitive and equitable provider compensation. In addition, I lead operations for Adams Health Network’s employed physician group and ambulatory care facilities, including affiliated nursing homes and assisted living centers.In this role, I partner closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and community stakeholders to: • Develop and implement strategies for provider recruitment, engagement, and retention. • Lead provider compensation planning aligned with organizational goals and market benchmarks. • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and long-term success. • Direct operations across physician practices and ambulatory facilities, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. • Support the growth and alignment of services across the continuum of care, from clinics to long-term care facilities.Through this work, I am committed to advancing access, strengthening provider relationships, and enhancing the patient and family experience within our community.
