I lead a dedicated group of student-athletes and City Champions, guiding them through a season of growth, competition, and achievement. My coaching philosophy revolves around the core values of hard work, leadership, and positive relationships.My team goals are as follows:Instilling a strong work ethic: Teaching athletes the importance of discipline, perseverance, and commitment to both their athletic performance and personal development.Fostering leadership: Empowering players to take ownership of their growth and actions, while encouraging them to lead by example, both on and off the field.Building meaningful relationships: Developing trust and open communication with players, parents, and colleagues to create a positive, supportive team environment that encourages each athlete to reach their fullest potential.I take pride in creating a team culture that values teamwork, accountability, and respect, and I am committed to helping each player excel as both an athlete and as an individual. My ultimate goal is to inspire confidence, resilience, and leadership in every player, preparing them for success on and off the field.
