I\'m a communicator passionate about dismantling information barriers that prevent people from accessing opportunities and advocating for themselves. A common thread that ties my past experiences together is translating complex systems into understandable information—whether guiding prospective students through admissions, designing clarity into organizational processes, or supporting legal compliance in emerging industries. I\'m interested in how technology, law, and policy intersect to either create or remove barriers to information access. From mental health and education to innovation and regulation, I believe the core problem is often a lack of accessible information. I want to work at the intersection of law and technology to ensure that as our systems evolve, information remains human-centered and equitable.

   Conduct legal research for transactional law and litigation- Draft, file, and serve complaints and motions with the Los Angeles County Superior Court- Coordinate with lender’s counsel and perform due diligence and compliance for a $100M+ loan and its ancillary agreements- Organize and maintain formation documents for 200+ Corporate Entities with governmental agencies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations to provide legal research support for business initiatives and regulatory compliance matters
