ABOUT CASSIDY YEOMANS

As a rising senior at Bentley University, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Marketing with a strong focus on corporate finance. My academic journey has been marked by multiple President\'s and Dean\'s List honors, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and dedication. This summer, I am interning at Fidelity Investments as a Corporate Finance Intern within the Workplace Investing business group in Smithfield, RI. I’m fortunate to be working alongside an incredible team focused on data strategy and costing initiatives that drive financial insights and operational efficiency. Through this experience, I’m deepening my proficiency in Excel and expanding my skill set with tools like Power BI, while gaining hands-on exposure to corporate finance in a dynamic, client-focused environment. This internship is also helping me strengthen my analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills—key competencies for a future career in finance. Last summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Centinel Financial Group, where I gained hands-on experience in financial planning. During my internship, I assisted in developing financial strategies, collaborated with senior advisors to analyze client portfolios, and assisted in data entry on various financial planning platforms. This role not only deepened my understanding of financial planning but also honed my analytical and client-facing skills. In addition to my studies and internship experience, I am an active member of the Bentley Women\'s Basketball team, where I have cultivated leadership, teamwork, and time management skills. My past roles as a summer camp counselor and an outside operations team member at The Bay Club, a premier golf and country club in Massachusetts, have further developed my customer service skills and ability to manage and coordinate complex operations. I am passionate about leveraging my finance and marketing skills to drive positive change and contribute to impactful financial strategies. I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience in future roles and make a meaningful difference in the world of finance.
