Responsible for running a full cycle recruiting desk that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting of candidates as well as conducting reference checks. Experienced with behavioral interviewing techniques. Analyze position competency requirements to identify candidate selection criteria and make key selection decisions. Assist in forecasting future temporary workforce needs and coordinate appropriate placement of candidates. Utilize multiple strategies to ensure a constant flow of interested/qualified candidates. Responsible for utilizing candidate assessment tools and developing assessment tools when necessary to ensure efficient, effective, and fair applicant evaluation process. Performed work site visits to establish requirements for temporary worker placement and to ensure worker quality assurance guidelines are followed. Conduct worker job satisfaction calls, and collect relevant information and data for tracking of recruitment process. Establish priories for managing own work and stay focused towards an efficient path for achieving results.
