In my role at Burberry, I lead on key initiatives and projects that drive optimisation and implementation of ways of working to meet global ESG legislations requirements, including Packaging EPR, AGEC Article 13, EUDR, and E-Filing. I design and implement governance models, RACIs, SOPs, and tracking tools to clarify ownership and improve delivery across ESG Operations, Packaging, Supply Chain, and internal and external partners. Through strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, I create structured processes for data collection, reporting, and compliance submissions, strengthening global compliance readiness. I also drive change management by identifying efficiency opportunities, leveraging automation tools such as Power Automate, and reducing reliance on external providers.I led in the development of Burberry’s Packaging EPR operating model, establishing end-to-end governance and scalable compliance processes, and owned AGEC Article 13 delivery through improved data workflows, automation, and reporting governance. I also led Burberry’s EUDR preparedness programme, driving supplier due diligence, risk escalation frameworks, leadership alignment forums, and onboarding checkpoints to translate regulatory requirements into practical operating models despite legislative delays. In parallel, I supported the global implementation of E-Filing by developing principle-led guidance, timelines, and process frameworks in partnership with Regulatory and Compliance teams.Alongside regulatory delivery, I manage cross-functional supply chain initiatives to strengthen collaboration, leadership alignment, and capability building across Engineering, Compliance, and ESG operations Teams. I planned and delivered global forums and leadership events, launched work shadowing and mentoring programmes, and partnered closely with senior leaders to translate engagement into tangible improvements in ways of working and organisational performance.

ESG Co-ordinator at Burberry in the ESG Operations Team at London HQ with a primary focus in optimising ways of working and implementation of new processes into BAU function to meet compliance for global sustainability related legislations. This includes but is not limited to the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), AGEC Article 13, Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and the U.S. E-Filling Regulation. In addition to the above, I have led cross-functional supply chain initiatives to strengthen collaboration, leadership alignment, and capability building across key supply chain teams.My career ambitions are to help strategically manage business operations and development of products for a more sustainable future. This would ideally be working on incorporating better materials, processes, and design practices, establishing ESG goals that will improve a company\'s longevity and impact, and developing effective supply chains to achieve environmental targets. Throughout my career I have worked for international fashion companies in a variety of roles relating to product development, production, strategy, and sustainability that have strengthened my abilities to help brands reach important objectives. My experience is complemented with having a Master\'s in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor\'s in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
