A strong believer in the firm’s mission, he is passionate about the positive impact Kingdom Capital makes in the communities it serves.Professional BackgroundCassidy began his career in technology recruiting, where he developed a foundation of perseverance, integrity, and servant leadership—principles that continue to guide him. He later pivoted to real estate after responding to a newspaper ad, where he met Kingdom Capital co-founder Matt Lillie. Tasked with expanding Lillie’s firm, Cassidy successfully led its growth until it was acquired by a national company.For over 25 years, Cassidy has led recruitment, marketing, branding, onboarding, and learning and development in the residential mortgage industry. His professional relationship with Matt Lillie remained strong, and when Lillie and co-founder Jerod Cox set out to expand Kingdom Capital, reconnecting with Cassidy was a natural next step.What Sets Him ApartCassidy approaches every challenge with a simple yet powerful mindset: “How can we make this easier?” Whether simplifying the loan process for borrowers, clarifying insights for investors, or ensuring smooth employee onboarding, he is committed to creating user-friendly, repeatable systems.
