Current project: Henle Village for Georgetown University managing facade trades. Past projects: The Lucie for Greystar in Baltimore, MD.[\'20-\'23] The Lucie is 7 story, 500 unit multi-family building with of amenities and of courtyard spaces situated on a brownfield. The project met NGBS silver expectations and participated in the Maryland Department of the Environment\'s voluntary cleanup program. During the construction phase, I oversaw finish trades, DFH, landscape trades, Owner punch list, and close out. The Lucie was awarded a 2023 CoStar Impact Award for Multifamily Development.
