Responsible for running a full cycle recruiting desk that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting of candidates as well as conducting reference checks. Conduct worker job satisfaction calls, and collect relevant information and data for tracking of recruitment process. Establish priories for managing own work and stay focused towards an efficient path for achieving results.
