I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Health Consultant currently employed at The Trevor Project as a Manager of Continuous Improvement. Some of my best strengths are my relationship building, communication, creativity, passion, kindness, dedication, commitment and vision. I have extensive experience in people management and project management, public speaking, advocacy and writing. In addition, I have a diverse background in leadership, supervision and training, and providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have a specialty in LGBTQ healthcare, pediatric mental health, hormone replacement therapy, reproductive medicine, adolescent medicine, pregnancy and postpartum, integrative healthcare, trauma, behavioral medicine, personality disorders, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and solution focused therapies. I am also a published academic writer with significant research experience.
