ABOUT CASSIDY CAPP

I am a Marketing major at the University of Delaware, pursuing a minor in Professional Selling and Sales Management, with a strong foundation in strategic planning, customer engagement, and relationship management. Through my work as a Sales Consultant at Sunsational Tanning and customer-facing roles at Summer House, Odessa National Golf Club, and Kitty Knight House, I’ve developed a passion for connecting with people and delivering exceptional service that drives both customer satisfaction and business growth.I bring a balance of creativity and analytics to my work combining marketing strategy, data analysis (Excel, R&R Studio), and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe) to design and execute impactful campaigns. My leadership, time management, and communication skills have been strengthened through professional experience and active involvement in organizations such as Alpha Phi International Women’s Fraternity and Women in Business at UD.I’m driven by collaboration, continuous learning, and the opportunity to make an impact in sales, marketing strategy, or brand management. My goal is to contribute to an organization that values creativity, innovation, and customer connection, while continuing to grow as a motivated and results, oriented professional.
