   Events Production- Oversee the execution of Cupid’s Undie Run across the following cities: Austin, Baltimore, Boise, Charleston, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Jacksonville, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Reno, Seattle, St. Louis, St. Petersburg, and Wilmington- Plan and execute the annual Cupid’s Event Director Retreat.Consulting- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned local Event Directors (EDs), providing support in local marketing, fundraising, and event management. Ensure markets have the necessary resources to meet their goals- Lead volunteer recruitment, market expansion, and succession planning efforts.Fundraising- Develop annual strategies to increase Cupid’s Undie Run (CUR) registration and fundraising revenue year-over-year- Cultivate and maintain relationships with volunteer Event Directors, top fundraisers, team captains, and other key stakeholders- Stewardship of CUR fundraisers, ensuring strong engagement and continued support- Identify and cultivate potential new donors and fundraisers in assigned cities- Collaborate with Jamie on the creation of sponsorship opportunities both locally and nationally.Budgeting- Assist in the development of national and local revenue and expense budgets- Oversee the annual volunteer training retreat budget- Collaborate with city EDs to create city-specific budgets- Monitor local budgets, participation goals, and fundraising goals to ensure alignment with overall objectives.Data/Volunteer Development and Training- Manage CUR-specific data, including records and reports, via SmartSheet and Google Drive- Oversee all Classy CUR pages within my portfolio- Maintain and manage data within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all relevant stakeholders.
