My main joy is empowering students to tell their personal stories and speak on topics that they care about. Main responsibilities- Work one-on-one in 30 minutes to a full hour with students- Guide students through directed learning activities and online workshops - Navigate students through center\'s and on-campus resourcesAccomplishments- Building bridges between Sign and Speech via recommending students to the Sign program and assisting sign students taking public speaking- Actively recommend students with interest and potential to the international winning Mt.Sac speech and debate team
