In the Cybersecurity division, project involved launching an RFI/RFP to find a new full-cloud solution among several vendors to better manage the growing number of DDoS attacks and web applications using modern technologies such as non-volumetric attacks and large-scale volumetric attacks. The objective was also to standardize DDoS protection, WAP technology, and its management across all AXA entities.Preparation and synchronisation with DC\'s as well Change management team to discuss/fill chronograms and schedule timeslots of changes.Previously acting as Service Delivery Manager (SDM), I have been designated as the point of contact responsible for managing and coordinating all change-related activities associated with the Internet Shield scope.In this role, I am in charge of overseeing all change subjects, including risk and impact assessments, change planning, coordination with involved teams, and participation in Change Advisory Boards (CABs) to present and support change approvals.
