Orchestrated Bridgestone Mobility Solutions’ response to the first Request for Information (RFI) from a key OEM customer in NA, building a comprehensive Hardware and Software Subscription business model, playing a pivotal role in strategizing the integration of tire-mounted sensors into the OEM’s Telematics offers, and developing a Value Driven Price analysis that successfully set the pricing expectations to over 100% above the initial estimation.Headed negotiations and collaborative efforts that resulted in Bridgestone being selected as the tire supplier for two of Tesla\'s most significant models: the Model 3 in China and the Model Y in the USA, supporting positioning Bridgestone into the Premium OE BEV market on a global scale.
