   I manage key regional account relationships within southern New Jersey, northeast Philadelphia, and Delaware, in the dermatology market for ILUMYA® (tildrakizumab-asmn), LEVULAN® KERASTICK® (aminolevulinic acid HCl), and ODOMZO® (sonidegib). My key responsibilities consist of educating healthcare providers on access support, including national and regional health plan coverage, the buy-and-bill model, assignment of benefits, and alternate sites of care. I lead strategic account planning, contact mapping, and quarterly business reviews with purchasing accounts. Likewise, I deliver in-service presentations on support services, health policy, and prior authorization criteria. I coordinate the setup of alternate care sites to expand ILUMYA® availability and facilitate reimbursement and access to speaker programs. Additionally, I collaborate with internal stakeholders in a matrix structure, execute local market plans to support field priorities, and provide HUB vendor Highlights: I contributed to the Payer Marketing and CRM Advisory Team, by optimizing provider support and market access strategies which improved patient access to therapies. I successfully piloted a buy-and-bill model with a large dermatology practice, collaborating with the Practice Manager to implement a structured patient case monitoring process, resulting in over 80% of claims being reimbursed on time. I significantly expanded ILUMYA® availability by coordinating the setup of alternate care sites and delivering key in-service presentations on access support and reimbursement processes.
