ABOUT CASSANDRE CHAIRAY

After a highly formative experience at Sofitel London St James, I have taken over the position of Reception Manager, at the Londoner Hotel and was lately promoted to Senior Reception Manager. As a person with great empathy, I started my career in the Hospitality Industry driven by the desire to provide tailor-made services that would ensure the apical quality of service and generate the highest guest satisfaction. Having experience working for global hotel groups such as Marriott, Hilton and Accor, allowed me to discover great personalities from all over the world and strengthened my willingness to pursue an international carrier.I strongly believe that individuals and more specifically individualities are at the heart of the Hotel Industry and that providing great care for one another, is key to achieving greatness, particularly within luxurious settings.I define myself as a complete finisher and a great listener, thriving in fast-paced working environments with an undoubted capacity to manage what comes my way.
