   Support Technical Sales teams for food and agricultural markets (FAS) throughout sales cycle: From qualifying leads to determine best-fit technological solutions to live demonstrations of instrument portfolio.• Provide customers with on-site and remote service (instrument and software installations) and troubleshooting for benchtop instrument applications.• Develop and maintain multivariate calibrations (Bruker offerings and self-developed) for customers through periodic assessment of product utility and validation of customer-specific data.• Communicate the value of FT-NIR by providing individualized training to TPAs as well as create webinars and provide in-person talks and workshops that effectively position the Bruker portfolio to target industry concerns within the Americas.• Collaborate with Market Directors in developing sales strategies through the implementation of feasibility trials and relaying results through technical presentations to prospective customers.• Serve as a liaison between Global Digital Services Team and Key Accounts in the Americas that utilize Networking Software (ONET) to remotely control and monitor a network of spectrometers: Install and maintain ONET clients as well as provide basic database troubleshooting (SQL).• Coordinate and instruct quarterly training courses that provide customers greater autonomy in NIR projects and thereby reduce Application Team’s request queue – increasing support request turnaround.• Increase lead generation for FAS Technical Sales teams through marketing content creation and Outreach.• Create and foster opportunities for innovation in the Animal Science industries by investing in relationships with academic and industry leaders – working in partnership to develop new FT-NIR applications that will benefit livestock industries.
