About Cassie Hoef
I am a Program Manager on the DirectX team at Microsoft. I am currently working on Machine Learning in Gaming and how we can revolutionize experiences for gamers and game developers with the latest innovations in technology. Previously I worked on the development and adoption of the DirectX12 API. I focused heavily on working with game studios to improve performance during development. Some of this work involved facilitating communication between software and hardware vendor to ensure that issues and areas of concern were addressed and resolved promptly. I worked with the software developers on my team to help educate our customers and encourage them to use the features we develop.
