Coaching Business Owners and executives across a multitude of industries, enhancing their leadership skills and business acumen, supporting them through the ever changing business landscape of the last decade, including lockdowns, extended restrictions, cost of living crisis, the impact of widespread AI usage, and recession- Delivering both in person and online coaching sessions and workshops- Working strategically to create long term organisational destination and goals, and collaboratively to map out the organisational design, driving into the strategy- Challenging clients to identify and diagnose underlying organisational issues, challenges and opportunities- Navigating the path between what the organisation is working towards and needs, whilst aligning it to the wants and desires of the coachee- Maximising the value gained from the companies resources, working strategically and tactically with leadership to challenge and rebuild existing processes and procedures- Collaborating with other professionals to identify and bring about required changes- Providing challenge on assumptions, surfacing non obvious problems and solutions- Creating an awareness of barriers and supporters to changes in organisational structure, allowing the leadership team to anticipate the best ways to leverage buy in from the start-Maintaining focus on the ultimate goals of the organisation, keeping a strategic view on the operational changes- Bringing consideration to how each change could impact across another part of the company- Being a dependable safe space, confidante and cheerleader to the business owner and leadership- Creating an environment of constant and continuous improvement and learning across the organisation, with autonomy and self development at it’s core- Utilising DISC personality profiling and my natural love of people to create the highest levels of performance from my clients
