My focus is to identify and optimize the marketing and technology initiatives that help our recruiting teams provide clients with industry-leading staffing and search services. I’ve been with Whitaker since 2009, where over the years I have grown from Research Assistant in our Engineering Search division to now Director of Marketing and Technology for all divisions. My background before finding my home at Whitaker was in an operations capacity for an independent baseball team where I was responsible for staffing, personnel management, departmental development, policies development, and design applications.
