With over 14 years of experience in the food industry, I am a culinary sales specialist who combines passion, product knowledge, and cost-effective solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. I hold a Certified Pastry Culinarian (CPC) credential from the American Culinary Federation, and I speak fluent French, which gives me an edge in the international pastry and baking field. As a Territory Sales Manager at Gourmet Foods International, I manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the South Florida hospitality industry, from small to mid-sized food service clubs, restaurants, and hotels. I leverage my hands-on culinary experience and effective communication skills to demonstrate, market, and sell specialty culinary ingredients to professional chefs, while providing food service solutions and menu planning advice. I also mentor Chef’s and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers and top accounts. My mission is to provide exceptional solutions and results through sales, marketing, and training.
