Cassandra Wahn, a Toronto native, brings over 15 years of industry experience and transitioned to education in 2015. Her first teaching post was on an Ojibway First Nations reservation in Northern Ontario. Cassandra\'s journey led her to ILAC International College (ILACIC) in March 2017, where she began as a college Instructor specializing in hospitality, business, and human resources-focused courses. In her current role as Senior Director, Cassandra spearheads operations, staffing, student services, and co-op teams for ILACIC Toronto and Vancouver. With a focus on advancing business development, and enhancing program quality, she works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure not only student success and program excellence, but also to empower both students and colleagues.
