As a district manager at U.S. Bank, I lead bank operations across 19 locations in Vancouver and NW Oregon, covering a large territory of 400 radius miles and 100+ people. I have over 16 years of banking experience, starting as a float teller and advancing to coordinator, assistant manager, branch manager, and district manager roles. I am passionate about coaching and training branch managers on leadership, business and consumer product knowledge, sales, and business cycles to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.I am also a consumer lending expert, with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence in this area. I won the 2020 Legends of Possible award based on overseeing two territories during fires and Covid and finishing in the top 5% for consumer lending. I also increased the consumer loan portfolio by $3.5M and achieved a customer service score of 83% over three years. I leverage my strong relationships with internal teams, local associations, and chambers of commerce to strategize and collaborate on business development and community engagement.
