About Cassandra Steppat

Born and raised in San Diego, California with past residency in Belgium, France, and with lots of leisurely travel in between, I have a vast understanding of how to work in different cultures amongst diverse backgrounds. With my international experience, I am able to determine the most effective ways of handling situations depending on the market and culture in which I am operating. I have worked in various administrative positions which taught me how to work efficiently and successfully with my colleagues and supervisors as well as provided me with excellent customer service skills. Furthermore, I am very organized, digital-minded, and motivated.
