I handle complex business disputes in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey and alternative dispute resolution forums. I have significant experience in matters involving securities and complicated transactions, including disputes involving both privately held and publicly traded companies in the class action and derivative context, and cases involving allegations of securities fraud, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, and business-related torts. My clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to hedge funds, start-ups and individual investors and business owners.I graduated from Yale University and Georgetown University Law Center and earned an MBA from New York University. I am active in the New York City legal community and currently serve as Chair of the Litigation Committee of the New York City Bar Association, as well as serving as faculty in various CLE programs. I have been recognized consecutively by Super Lawyers since 2021 as one of New York Metro’s Top Women Lawyers.
