This includes content driven by campaigns from the Environment, Climate and Forestry division as well as working cross-divisionally including with Solid Waste, Transportation, Development and Growth Services, Municipal Licensing and Parks and Recreation- Produces weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance of all social content- Developed a social media strategy that balances Environment, Climate and Forestry divisional goals with larger strategic objectives across all City social channels- Assists with the development and execution of social media content on main City of Toronto Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn pages- Produces daily social listening reports and community manager of all main social channels, including responding to direct messages, escalating issues when necessary and reporting on social media analytics to help inform future social strategy- Spearheaded several initiatives to improve work process, including overhauling how analytics are captured on a monthly and quarterly basis for KPI reporting, updating the social media terms of use for better employee protection, reorganizing and formatting the social media guidelines used across the organization and launching a link in bio for the City’s Instragram.
