ABOUT CASSANDRA MARTINO

She/Her)Lawyer | Legal Operations | Consulting | Tech June 2020 call. I graduated with a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019. I practiced primarily estate litigation in a number of environments where I found myself questioning how things were getting done and what costs were being, perhaps unnecessarily, passed along to the clients. I went into legal operations and tech consulting for a year before heading back to practice. My time in operations allows me to add more value for cost to my clients by being incredibly organized and automated in my work. I leverage technology in an area of practice that might otherwise be seen as a dinosaur.Estate litigation is a unique practice area encompassing areas of property and family law as well as its own specific application style. Whether you choose to hire me or not, I highly recommend someone dedicated to this area of work. I practice in Estates because I fundamentally believe in the underlying principle: we should be free to do with our assets as we wish, in life and in death, so long as we have taken care of those who rely on us. I understand the complex interpersonal issues that arise leading up to and at the time of someone\'s death. This is especially heightened when family is estranged or fighting. I aim to resolve issues in a cost effective, efficient, and hopefully cooperative, way so that you can get back to what matters: celebrating those we have lost and those we still have.
