One of my most memorable experiences was leading a global peer learning initiative at Welcoming America. I collaborated with 30+ practitioners from 5 different countries, creating a space for people to share insights, challenges, and strategies that would help immigrant populations thrive. It was a challenge, but the reward was seeing how collective wisdom can spark real transformation. This experience not only honed my project management skills but also deepened my belief in the power of human connection to solve complex problems.Now, I’m immersed in a project at Greenlink Analytics, where we’re studying how energy burden and displacement intersect in Atlanta. I’m researching the historical context of housing policies and working directly with tenants facing displacement, gathering stories and data that will fuel advocacy efforts for stronger tenant protections. I believe in the value of continuous learning and I’m always looking for ways to connect and collaborate with others who are equally passionate about creating change.    Designed, implemented, and supported environmental justice initiatives aligned with the agency’s mission and regional goals. Collaborated on cross-functional teams to develop and monitor projects addressing air, water, waste, and land issues in impacted communities. Served as an external liaison, providing training and technical assistance to support community-led environmental efforts. Internally, conducted research and analysis to inform media program strategies. Accomplishments:•Achieved Project Officer (PO) certification in expected 40-hour timeline to support management, tracking, and evaluation of four Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) sponsored grants, totaling over awarded to grantees in the state of Mississippi.•Lead a workgroup of three colleagues through the organization of grants, cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements for an upcoming federal grant evaluations/audit, ensuring compliance and effective program delivery. •Sourced grant-related success stories from 8 state liaisons to highlight in the quarterly division newsletter distributed to external stakeholders.•Facilitated the organization and inventory of division resources, ensuring efficient retention, redistribution of written and visual media materials, and smoother team operations.
