The NCATEC Program Manager (Social/Clinical Research Specialist) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of NCATEC, in a role that includes both project management and event planning. This includes goal-setting and tracking; program planning, development, evaluation, and reporting; outreach; communications (external and internal); logistics; and finance and budgeting. The NCATEC Program manager tracks performance metrics and develops approaches to ensure NCATEC meets expectations and reporting requirements for internal program leadership and external funders. Working with the accounting staff in the Division of Infectious Diseases and others, the Program Manager maintains an accurate accounting of NCATEC finances and complies with all funder reporting requirements.The NCATEC Program manager is the first line of contact for the NCATEC funder and for its partners – including state health authorities, state academic institutions, and state professional education organizations. In addition, the NCATEC Program Manager is responsible for internal NCATEC organization, including the supervision of a Program Assistant and support of NCATEC leadership.Overall, the NCATEC Program manager is responsible for supporting the mission of NCATEC and meeting the expectations of its funder.
