   Lead development and execution of all creative deliverables for Catalog Global and Domestic releases supporting MOD and Physical platforms. Job responsibilities include creative direction, production of all physical packaging components and digital marketing assets, distribution of all creative assets across multiple channels/systems, budget tracking and cost reduction efforts, and extensive internal and external deadline management for entire suite of creative elements for each release. Domestic• Manage creative direction and creation of all packaging elements for 200+ titles per year, including creative direction on Key Art (new, repurpose), O-cards / Lithos.• Create all needed marketing items for each title (product shots, inserts, etc).• Manage all catalog title elements for Extranet, AMZ and any other marketing support systems.• Route and monitor approvals for all marketing elements for each title to partner departments (Tech, Ops, Proofing, Legal, Content, etc) and troubleshoot conflicting info, discrepancies.• Manage all budgets for each title and look for consolidation/price reductions where possible.• Creative direction and creation of all catalog collections, special packaging, repackages & downsizes.International• Create International generic sleeve packaging and related marketing materials for use by all Territories.• Partner with Int’l printer to deliver needed packaging items by advance due dates.Retail • Create all needed materials for sales team pitch meetings including KA, special packaging concepts.• Execute chosen concepts to completion Manufacturing/Ops• Coordinate duel purpose packaging for US/CA either Bi-lingual or CA specific modifications (ratings, etc).• Partner with manufacturing to facilitate delivery of all items to printer partners and Technicolor on an ongoing basis within strict deadlines.
