UX Designer, ProductI am responsible for designing platform level and responsive mobile web Environment, Health, and Safety enhancements for the front facing interface of the Cority SaaS application. My workflow involves collaboration with a team of product managers and developers. I work to align strategies with an overall design vision driven by user research, visual trends, and business requirements- Designs web platform and mobile software user interfaces for EHSQ industry needs, improving overall user experience and client engagement through major releases- Translates information architecture and process flows determined alongside Product managers into usable features through application of best design practices- Identifies areas of improvement through user research by creating usability test scripts, conducting said tests, and synthesizing feedback- Supports marketing and product initiatives by designing in-app campaigns, targeting up to users to communicate new features and receive user feedback- Builds working prototypes to lead as visions for future development cycles- Provides usability consulting through evaluating the user experience of internal software, proposing suggestions, mockups, and reports for future enhancements.
