With over 40 years’ leadership experience across the Royal Navy, leisure management and commercial environments, I now support businesses to strengthen their people, improve performance and stay compliant as Business Development Manager at Enablement Group.Having served 25 years in the Royal Navy – progressing to Chief Petty Officer – I developed a calm, structured and highly practical approach to leadership, communication and problem solving. My career since leaving the forces has seen me successfully manage multiple fitness and recreation centres across Hull and the East Riding, alongside working in partnership with the Rugby Football Union as a Students Liaison Officer.Today, my role is simple:to help business owners and leadership teams resolve HR, people and compliance challenges so their organisations can grow with confidence.At Enablement Group, we provide tailored HR, recruitment and learning & development solutions for businesses of all sizes.
