Other documents associated with the acquisition, asset management & development of property. • Coordinate capital raise & preparation/circulation of detailed private placement memorandums. • Prepare financial models & presentation materials. • Manage investor relations & quarterly reporting. • Implementing new policies and procedures for the development department. • Asset management of stabilized properties.
