Real Estate Professional | Co-Founder at Cash Out On My Home I started in the world of real estate when I obtained my real estate license and joined Keller Williams in Westwood, CA at age 21. Over the years, I\'ve had the privilege of working on diverse teams, assisting both buyers and sellers. However, my true calling revealed itself during a transformative project in Altadena, just minutes from my own residence. The Listing that Changed Everything It all began when I took on a project for a client who had inherited an older house with an unpermitted ADU in the back. His goal was to maximize the property\'s value, and my mission was to oversee the remodel, collaborate with contractors, and masterfully list the property. We converted the ADU, gave the front house a stunning makeover, and staged half of the property, all within a limited budget. This project marked my introduction to contractor management and project supervision, igniting my passion for real estate entrepreneurship. The Birth of Cash Out On My Home By 2017, I found myself at a crossroads in my real estate career, feeling the burnout from demanding clients. Around the same time, my brother, now my business partner, was experiencing similar challenges. At a family dinner, we jokingly toyed with the idea of working together in real estate. Just a week later, we found ourselves at a real estate seminar in LA, discovering the intriguing world of \"wholesaling,\" a topic not often discussed at the time. This moment was the catalyst for the birth of our company in late 2017. From LA to Chattanooga: A Transformational Journey Our journey was not without its hurdles, but we were determined to succeed. We expanded our focus to encompass all of LA County, with a special emphasis on our hometown. It wasn\'t until we stumbled upon Chattanooga, a burgeoning town in Tennessee, that we found our stride where we cultivated relationships both virtually and through physical visits. 🤝 Building Relationships, One Property at a Time These formative experiences led to the establishment of Cash Out On My Home, the company that has since become synonymous with trust, excellence, and transformative real estate deals. Fast forward to 2023, and we\'ve successfully bought and sold over 300 real estate assets, spanning single-family homes, land, commercial properties, and multifamily units. We now proudly own over 20 doors in several cities across Tennessee and Georgia all while continuing to live in CA. Our journey continues, with family and friends joining us to make a greater impact.
