I’m a passionate Operations and Wellsite Geologist with a proven track record in deepwater drilling, from exploration to development. With experience at ExxonMobil in Guyana, and LLOG in the GOA, I’ve led geological operations for 30+ wells, and been involved in planning and execution of over 80 wells. I\'ve optimized drilling to save ~$17M, and driven a $36.2M value capture initiative in 2023 alone. I thrive on integrating real-time data, ensuring wellbore stability, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver results— all while mentoring the next generation of geologists. My background spans geosteering, pressure surveillance, and offshore supervision, underpinned by a B.S. in Geology from the University of Georgia and hands-on field experience. I’m all about operational excellence, creative problem-solving, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in energy exploration.
