I’m a proud husband and father of three, and I love spending time with my family when I’m not diving into the world of construction. With 11 years of construction leadership experience and built on 9 prior years as a Carpenter, I\'ve gained a lot of hands-on knowledge in managing site operations across civil construction, telecommunication, commercial, and industrial projects.As an Operations Manager, I thrive on empowering my teams and helping them take ownership of their work. I believe in open communication and collaboration, which helps us work to exceed expectations. I lead a fantastic group of Superintendents, Self Perform Tradespeople to ensure smooth execution of province-wide telecommunication network programs.On a personal note, I love music—it’s a big part of my life—and I cherish the moments spent with my family.
