   WRS is a public pension for all state employees in Wyoming and manages $12 billion in fund assets• Hired as an Investment Analyst in August 2019, promoted to Senior Investment Analyst in January 2021, promoted to Investment Officer in March 2025• Focus on Marketable Alternatives (mainly hedge funds), representing about 20% or >$2 billion of assets• Conduct investment due diligence on hedge fund managers across equity, credit, and absolute return strategies• Helped WRS generate top decile returns over 1,2, 5, 7, and 10-year periods among public pensions over $1 billion• Deployed $465 million in uranium, commodities, and L/S equity, L/S credit, and inflation focused managers• Co-led $1.6 billion in investments including L/S equity sector specialists in biotech and utilities, China and Pan-Asia L/S equity, China and US credit, gold, and reinsurance• Prepare detailed investment recommendations incorporating quantitative and qualitative analysis for underwriting• Present at public board meetings to discuss investments in my coverage and answer questions• Write investment memos for the team and personal quarterly letters to reflect on my investment philosophy• Assist with investments in all asset classes with a hybrid generalist-specialist model for the 7-person team• Finalist for Institutional Investor Public Plan Hedge Fund Allocator of the year for 2021
