As an associate pastor and part of the directional leadership team at Love Church, I have the privilege of helping lead a growing faith community that spans two physical locations and reaches over people every weekend. With a focus on visionary leadership, I regularly speak to large audiences, craft strategies, and develop teams that foster both spiritual and community growth.I oversee the church\'s Next Steps area, managing 100 volunteer-led small groups across three campuses, and I am responsible for the assimilation of new attendees, ensuring their connection and integration into the church family. Additionally, I lead our Growth Track program, guiding people as they discover their purpose and get plugged into meaningful areas of service.My mission is to create environments where people can grow, connect, and become part of something larger than themselves, all while building a dynamic and impactful church community.
