   DCS is a Veteran owned and family operated business located in Knoxville, Tennessee and specializes in custom dust collection systems and equipment for the industrial, manufacturing and woodworking industries. The “Dust Cops” at DCS are committed to providing sales, service and installation of industrial and manufacturing dust collection needs.As the Chief Operating Officer, I provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure operating efficiency. I\'m responsible for helping to drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Representing the Company with customers and vendors. As well as spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.I\'m primarily involved in developing and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and processes to accommodate the Company’s growth. This includes:1. Designing, developing and managing the company’s website, including brand image, identity and content.2. Providing strategic analysis and planning for all promotional and marketing materials.3. Implementing and directing a social media strategy.4. Implementing innovative online marketing campaigns that attract new online customers.5. Designing and producing elaborate structural drawings via AutoCAD and presenting them to new and existing customers in a way that not only impresses engineers, but also brands the Company in a way that sets us apart from our competitors.6. I\'m the resident expert on our CNC Plasma Cutter as well as the peripheral controls, CAD and CAM software.
