Hi! Over the last ten years, I\'ve designed and scaled engagement-led learning initiatives, fostered communities and translated learner insight into impactful programmes.Currently at High Speed Training, where we\'re implementing user-centered design approaches to create engaging eLearning courses aimed at keeping people safe at work. Previously at General Assembly, where I designed, delivered and iterated on the European career coaching learning product from the ground up. There I built and led distributed coaching teams that successfully transformed the careers of over adult learners. I\'ve worked closely with SMEs and learners to turn insight into clear, accessible content, and enjoy improving how knowledge is captured, shared and kept useful over time. I\'m most content when I provide my team and learners with the tools, resources and coaching they need to succeed.
