Spent a career in the Yellow Pages advertising industry that started in Kansas City in 1980. Came to California and worked in the industry as it tried to transform into the digital marketplace. My last 12 years were spent representing the workers in several organizations in the YP industry. Companies like AT & T, Dex Media, YP, YellowPages.com, RH Donnelley, Digital Graphics Advantage, SBC and others as they all transitioned into digital and away from print centric models. Negotiated compensation models, workflows, market assignment practices and procedures. Lead many positive forums to maintain a harmonious relationship between the employees and employers. Today I find myself managing a lively fun innovative marketing firm called Rhino Digital Media, Inc. We are located in Northern California and Las Vegas and are a HubSpot certified partner.
