Hi, I’m Casey — a commercial real estate associate in Charlotte focused on retail leasing and tenant prospecting across some of the region’s fastest-growing corridors. I’m also currently pursuing my Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) to continue building my knowledge and deepen my understanding of the industry as I grow my career.I work with landlords and retailers to fill space, position properties, and connect expanding brands with the right opportunities. My day-to-day ranges from market research and prospect outreach to touring sites and structuring deals — all centered around helping properties lease faster and tenants find locations that actually work for their business.Before entering into the world of brokerage, I built a strong foundation in customer service, which still shapes how I approach deals today: responsive communication, creative problem solving, and relationship-first thinking. Real estate is ultimately a people business, and the best opportunities usually come from strong connections and trust.My focus today is retail and mixed-use leasing, but I’m always interested in learning more about development, investment, and emerging commercial trends across the Carolinas.
