Hello! I’m a Program Management Professional with over fifteen years of experience designing and building programs that drive changes that matter. I’ve spent the majority of my career in healthcare exploring how to improve care delivery operations including eight years managing the Integrated Care Program at Boston Children’s Hospital. Most recently, I\'ve worked to advance women’s leadership and equity, developing programming for the Boston Chapter of the Alumnae-I Network for Harvard Women. Across my career, the connecting thread is program management: developing new solutions to big problems tested across a series of interlocking projects. My latest endeavor is as an entrepreneur working to elevate the program management profession as it transitions from an organizational to a creative career.
