I help people and organizations to evolve, increase impact, and reduce pain.As an operational leader I’ve used my human development knowledge to forge coalitions across functions, develop motivated, values-driven teams, and design inclusive, data informed programs. As a management consultant I’ve supported or led organization development initiatives involving culture transformation, talent development, process change and more. I teach a graduate course at NYU based on the responsible client / consultant partnership model I developed while consulting and I serve clients as a certified leadership coach.I\'m also a former marathoner and triathlete turned crossfit enthusiast.
