In my current role, I lead coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders to support customer onboarding releases, managing dependencies, identifying critical path risks, and influencing resourcing and prioritization decisions to keep delivery on track. I’m particularly passionate about building systems that scale—whether through process design, automation, or data-driven insights.
