Pro bono work as full-time staff for new and growing 501c3 nonprofit building stronger communities by connecting and creating through all art forms across the entire Brooklyn borough. • Collaborate with the Founder, Board Members, and Programming & Outreach teams to create stunning and accessible designs.• Develop visual systems for series events, and for the annual flagship fall festival.• Plan, schedule, and execute social media posts for both evergreen content and trending engagement ideas.• Expand upon the existing logo and colors to create diverse yet recognizable branding.• Capture event photography and video, then edit and finalize them for large scale, web, and social media outputs.• Create and design for posters, postcards, art instruction materials, and other event and marketing collateral.• Brainstorm, consult, and connect to potential partners in the development of our website.• Act as a face to the organization by upholding our mission and values while attending community partner events, assisting at event programming, and tabling at festivals.
